Simply click “Sign Up” in the top right corner, provide your name, email, and password, and verify your email. From there, you can complete your profile and start browsing services immediately.

Use our search filters to narrow by service type, location, price range, and vendor expertise. You can also browse by featured profiles or read client reviews to find the stylist whose work best matches your style.

Once you’ve selected a vendor, choose an available date and time from their calendar, add any notes about your desired service, and click “Book Now.” You’ll receive an email confirmation and a reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

We accept all major credit cards and Apple/Google Pay. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment. Vendors receive payout 24 hours after your session is completed.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50 % fee; no-shows are charged the full service price.

After your appointment, you’ll receive an email prompt to rate your experience and leave a written review. Honest feedback helps other clients and supports our community of vendors.

Visit our “For Professionals” page, fill out the application form, and submit your portfolio. Our team will review your credentials, and once approved, you’ll set up your profile and pricing.

All vendors undergo a verification process that includes identity checks, portfolio reviews, and customer-service training. We also monitor client feedback and performance metrics to maintain quality.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect your data. Personal details are only shared with your booked vendor as necessary for your appointment.
